Shipping Policy

For defective or missing items contact staff sales for options. Gym X reserves the right to refund or not based upon management own discretion, unless the item is missing or damaged/faulty.

Delivery Times

Delivery arranged door to door by Gym X, unless specific circumstances such in the need of a license etc delivery arranged within 180 days unless a specific date is discussed in advance.

    Shipping Costs:

    • Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders.
    • Expedited and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order weight.

    Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our carrier’s tracking system.

    Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
    • Certain oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping restrictions.

    International Shipping:

    • Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
    • Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs processing.

    Delayed or Lost Shipments:

    • While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur. If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team.
    • For lost shipments, please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.

    Damaged or Missing Items:

    • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
